Take I-40/85 to the Burlington-Liberty Hwy. 49 (exit #145). Going west, turn right at end of the exit ramp. Going east, turn left at the end of the ramp. At this point you will be on Hwy. 49 (North) Maple Ave. Turn right at the 6th stop light (approx. 2 1/2 miles) onto Mebane St. Heading NE at the 4th stop light, turn right onto Beaumont Ave. At the end of the street turn left at stop light onto Graham St. At this point you will see the Burlington Athletic Stadium on the left, turn into the parking lot, the track is behind the baseball field.
